CANCELLATION TERMS
Pre-Shipment Cancellations: For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI). In exceptional cases, a cheque may be issued if the original card is inactive.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: the transaction will be simply voided.

Post-Shipment Cancellations: You may refuse delivery and request the courier to return the package. Refunds will be initiated upon confirmation from the courier.
CANCELLATION BY UNERA
Unera reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion due to:

  • Quantity limitations
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Fraud detection issues
  • Other concerns identified by Unera
We may request additional information to process orders.
EXCEPTIONS
Orders for customized, personalized, or engraved jewellery are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled.
